Sure your abs are important … And of course you want a solid chest and back … But nothing beats a good gun show, that’s for sure. And that’s why you’ll never find a shortage of guys in the gym, pumping out reps for their arms standing in front of the mirror and flexing and grunting … Now, that clearly shows the importance of having impressive arms – we all know it. But there’s one thing you definitely don’t want to do … You don’t want to take your cues from these gym rats. They’re doing all the wrong things that clearly will never bring them any worthwhile results. But I know for you, that’s not an option. That’s why right now, we’re going to get into a program that will get into it. Trust me, I know how it is. Being a trainer for nearly 20 years has brought me many guys that have come up short on their quest for a killer pair of arms. And just like you, these guys weren’t willing to quit. They were determined to finally find the solution get getting arms that they always wanted. And do you what it comes down to? More than any exercise you have to do, it comes down to stopping the wrong things. For that, I’m going to let you know the biggest mistake I see guys making over and over again. Once you know what it is and stop doing it yourself, you’ll be able to finally start the program that will make your arms explode.
The first thing you need to do is stop doing a certain thing. And that’s training like a bodybuilder. Those are the muscle bound, usually steroid filled freaks in the gym. Every muscle magazine has these guys on the cover. We assume that the key to that kind of size can be found in those routines, but it’s just not true. And then we see the same guys in the advertisements. But here’s a cold hard fact: The Bodybuilding Industry Is A Scam That’s Leaving 95% Of Guys Like You Mi-Informed About How To Really Build Arms Packed With Muscle. But most of the magazines are owned by the supplement companies. It’s all a myth that’s being perpetuated on itself. The routines in the magazine, from what I heard from an acutal pro, are actually completely made up. Yes many of these routines are totally made up, put together by the writer to make a compelling story. On tap of that, realize that the "athletes" in the magazines do enough steroids to kill a bull. They take such a ridiculous amount of hormones, The honest, hardworking guy that wants to get real results really has nothing they could possible learn from it. And if you’ve been doing muscle magazine routiens and getting little results, maybe it’s time for you to do something new too. That’s what we’ll cover in the rest of this series.
