(If you missed part 1 of LOSE YOUR LOVE HANDLES, CLICK HERE) Here are the unconventional, unknown, and unstoppable
Hey no one can truly get into your head … But as a trainer, trouble shooting the problems of guys for over two decades, I think I have a couple of ideas of what you want. Top to bottom symetry. You want size – you want density. You want thickness. And you want cuts. You want your arms as part of a complete physique. Now if that’s not what you want, then you may want to stop reading now. Because I’m here to get you results, and if that’s now you what you want, then you may want to go back and pick up another muscle magazine and take the latest BS EXPLODE pill. But for real results, here are the two little known and slightly uncoventional moves to get your arms pumped and rockin. Give it a shot for two weeks and get back to me on the results. Move number one: close grip pull ups. Move number two: Dips – when things get easy, start to pack on the weight. Remeber Ron Bergundy? You don’t want to train your arms like him. It’s actually moves that use your arms the way they were meant to be worked that will bring the top to bottom sizzle to how they look, and leave everyone else baffled about how you do it. But for the best results you’ve got to feed the muscles and lose the fat. For that take a look at the eating tips on the next page.
Put your hands under hand – Grab a bar – Do a few reps – do as many as you can - Because you are working with your own body weight, you never have to adjust the weight – If you can only do one rep, that’s fine – your body will react in massive way and compensate, and try to to do more reps – Once you can do a few reps, then start doing sets – Rest a few minutes – Find me a man that can do 3-5 sets of 20 pullups each in 15 minutes, and I’ll show you someone who is lean, ripped, and has perfect body symetry between all of their body parts. There is a major lesson in that. Can’t do chin-ups yet? Here’s how to easily get around that – Set up a chair under your chin-up bar. Place your legs on the chair while doing your pull-ups. Your arms will burn like crazy while doing this, don’t worry. And here’s what else will happen. You will slowly rely on your legs less and less. You can then build up to doing a single rep. From there comes two, and you know what happens then. If there’s a faster way to build up your number of chin-ups, it’s yet to be found. So go ahead and reclaim this major move and transform your body!
The actors in the movie 300 used pullups as a major part of their training for that movie – They would hold pullup contests between the actors. They would also time their sets. No traditional bodybuilding was used as part of that movie. No concentration curls. That should be a lesson to everyone. The lean, ripped, warrior type bodies were not created in any way with traditional bodybuilding.
