Your metabolism will go down –

Most people claim the age related physical decline – this isn’t the case at all –

Working all the time – sitting in a chair is one of the worst things you can do – it is very harmful for your back and spine.

Age related back pain – is the result of sitting in a chair too much.

You need to work in techniques that will help alleviate this problem.

Become active.

Weight gain.

Bad eating habits –

More social activities involve eating and drinking, less of them involve exercise.

It will be hard to change your body.

Metabolism goes down.  This is correct.  But some of the best exercises to reverse this are missing.

Everything you see above related to age is what’s called a logical fallacy.  We see that people that age have a lot of physical decline, and we relate it to aging.  But we don’t look at all of the other factors that are at work here.  When you consider everything, what you really find out is that aging isn’t the culprit.

That men that stay active longer achieve amazing results.

What we do know is that inactivity is a much more likely cause of the signs of aging; that inactive people are much more likely to see physical decline, while active people retain the qualities of a youthful body.
