Now that you learned what not to do in your last fitness tip, let’s get started. Getting fit and lean now will take a different approach and some different exercises than what everyone else is doing. If you want the results everyone else is getting, well you can just follow the pack. But since everyone else is watching their bodies go south with their best years ahead, here’s what you can do that’s different. For weight training, start thinking multi-joint moves. Those are exercises that use multiple muscle groups in concert tO. MULTI-JOINT MOVEMENTS What are the things people typical think of when it comes to aging? Less muscle, more fat, and achy joints. Well I have the moves that can handle all three. They are mult-joint moves. These are the exercises that use several joint together to move usually bodyweight through large ranges of motion.
